Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at kumariamrita72871@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kumariamrita72871@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
